Chef Jake Tyler Brodsky

Executive Chef Jake Tyler Brodsky, a former Eleven Madison Park alum, leads the kitchen alongside the CHG executive culinary team. Known for his fine-dining foundation and polished brasserie technique, Chef Brodsky brings a bright, coastal point of view to Cafe Charmant’s menu, shaped by his seven years in the Cayman Islands, most recently at Palm Heights. His approach pairs refined execution with the warmth and abundance of all-day coastal dining.
